Any AI-powered functionality within SnapListing operates exclusively on user-provided content (such as property photos and listing details). SnapListing does not use Google Workspace data for any AI or machine learning purposes.

5. Google Calendar Data

SnapListing integrates with Google Calendar to provide automated showing scheduling functionality for real estate professionals.

Specifically, SnapListing may access Google Calendar to:

• Read calendar entries to check availability for property showings
• Create calendar events when showings are scheduled
• Edit calendar events when showing times are modified
• Delete calendar events when showings are cancelled

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Use of Google Data in Relation to AI and Machine Learning

SnapListing explicitly affirms the following regarding Google Workspace data:

• Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models
• Google user data is used solely to provide in-app scheduling functionality
• Google user data is never used to train, refine, or enhance any AI systems
• Google user data is never transferred to third-party AI tools or services
